Swing Central Jazz is an invitation only, educational workshop that is part of the Savannah Music Festival.  Last year high school jazz groups from Washington State and California to Florida participated.  In 2020, Enloe was the only NC High School Invited to participate.

It includes a three-day workshop and competition with a collective approach to big band jazz instruction. Led by pianist/composer/educator Marcus Roberts, the clinician team includes a wide range of jazz educators such as Jason Marsalis, Jim Ketch (Associate Director), Brianna Thomas and Wycliffe Gordon.

Cost:

The Savannah Music Festival covers the cost of the Workshops and Performances. We have to fund transportation and housing which we expect will be approximately $500 per student for the 5 day trip.
